The mission behind Fairway Management is simple: To manage quality, affordable housing where our own families would be proud to live. To that end our Managers undergo individual and customized training in customer service, leasing, fair housing law, safety and Section 42 Tax Credit compliance. Each Manager also works with local community professionals to offer residents extra services tailored to fit the community’s needs.

Residents at senior properties we manage may have access to health lectures, medical screenings, home health services, hair care, transportation, social programs and community events. Fairway Management family property residents may access community resources to assist in financial planning, home ownership and family social services. Properties we manage also feature amenities like laundry facilities, playgrounds, green spaces, barbeque areas, parking, on-site maintenance, lawn care, trash service and snow removal.
