May New Hire Orientation

The monthly new hire orientation took place in the beginning of May in Columbia, Missouri. Please welcome our new employees to the JES Holdings family of companies!

 

Jeff Salter

Financial Analyst I – AEP

Jeff accepted the role of Financial Analyst I with AEP in May. He works directly with Dan Torgerson on financial modeling and providing support to our Business Development and Investor Relations team. Jeff is a graduate of Kennesaw State University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance. When he is not working, Jeff enjoys reading and spending time with friends and family.

 

 

 

 

 

Kristen Beatty

Senior Accountant – CHM

Kristen joined the CHM family as the Senior Accountant in May. Working directly with the Controller, Kristen provides accounting support to all four of the CHM facilities. One of her key responsibilities is ensuring company policies and procedures are applied to the preparation of all financial statements. Kristen holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and previously worked as a Treasury Accountant.

 

 

 

 

Brenda Mendez de Andrade

Property Manager – Socorro Properties

Brenda joined Fairway Management as the Property Manager for Socorro Properties in March. In her role, she is responsible for collecting rent, processing potential new residents, recertifying current residents and overseeing the day-to-day operations of her property. Brenda comes to us with a Master’s of Business Administration degree from Mexico Highlands University.

 

 

 

 

Katie Blechinger

Graphic Designer – JES

Katie is another success story from our internship program. She started with us as a Marketing Intern in May of 2017 and now joins the team full time as a Graphic Designer following her recent graduation from Mizzou. She is responsible for the creation, production and shipping of various marketing materials and also creates great logos for new properties. In her free time, Katie enjoys hanging out with friends.

 

 

 

 

Lauren Scott

Property Manager – The Residences at Forest Park Hotel

Lauren accepted the role of Property Manager with The Residences at Forest Park Hotel in April. Her responsibilities include attending to her residents’ needs, leasing available units and organizing fun resident events. Prior to joining us, Lauren worked as a leasing agent for another property management company and spent nine years in the restaurant industry.

 

 

 

 

Penny Tyler-Papendick

Property Manager – Chapel Hill III

Penny joined us as a property manager with Chapel Hill III in April. In her role, she is responsible for verifying whether potential residents are eligible to reside on our property, collecting rent and processing invoices. Previously, Penny worked in Grant Management for the city of Jefferson City and as a Real Estate Agent. When she is not working, she enjoys walking, reading and traveling.
