As vice president of operations for Fairway Management, Brooke Martin is responsible for the company’s strategic planning, financial performance and cultivation of relationships with existing and new clients.
Before assuming her current role in 2022, Brooke worked at Wilhoit Properties as the vice president of property management. In this role, she oversaw a large portfolio that covered nine states and was responsible for developing best practices, including policy, procedure and training manuals. She also worked with their acquisition and development teams on bringing new assets to the company. Prior to this position, Brooke gained experience in the industry as a regional manager for Fairway Management. She has also worked in compliance and as a marketing director in her past.
Outside of work, Brooke enjoys involving herself in her community. One role she has held was board member of the Springfield Apartment & Housing Association where she served several committees, including training and homeless alliance.
