  1. This is awesome! As a 66 yr old living alone in Covington I have spent many many hours searching for where I might move to as a senior. Senior communities are so much money way more than my social security and alimony. I can’t imagine folks with just social security and that’s all. I hope more and more corporations will step up and provide reasonable safe housing for seniors. There is a large aging population. Some folks have the money to pay $450,000 for a senior apartment and then $5000 a month for their cost of the food given, etc but, really only a select group can do that. The greater percentage of seniors are living on the edge. Trying to make ends meet. My property taxes just jumped up a huge amount. I’ve appealed and lost and I’m appealing again. Anyway, thank you for making this possible for the seniors in Atlanta.
