2019 GAHC Conference

Recently, Affordable Equity Partners and Fairway Management attended the 22^nd annual Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition Conference and Trade Show again this year. The conference took place in Savannah, Georgia from March 27 to 29 at the Westin Savannah Harbor Hotel.

AEP and FWM employees from Underwriting, Asset Management, Operations and Preleasing participated in presentations from leaders in the industry and opportunities to network with partners and potential customers. In addition to the conference sessions, employees enjoyed their choice of a golf tournament, yoga class or art workshop.

Fairway Management employees, Stephanie Getek, Rachel Bigge and Megan Toalson participated in the yoga session, while the Affordable Equity Partners team, Andrea Winter, Tiffany Archie, Rannie Forrest and Geniese Douglas got crafty at the art workshop.
