The Residences at Jennings Place II Grand Opening

The Residences at Jennings Place II, a new low income housing tax credit development located in Jennings, Missouri, held their Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Wednesday, December 13, 2017. Attendees included Senator Jamilah Nasheed, Senator Gina Walsh, St. Louis County Executive Steve Stenger and many other St. Louis community partners, friends and the Residences at Jennings Place I & II residents.

The new apartment homes offer full kitchens with energy efficient appliances, washers and dryers, ceiling fans and hardwood-style flooring. One- and two-bedroom affordable apartments and spacious two-bedroom villa-style homes are available. Occupants of the community must be 62 years of age and older.

Residents of Jennings Place II can take advantage of the spacious community room, business center, billiard room, craft room, theatre and fitness facility, or relax with their new neighbors. From the meticulous and thoughtful design of each apartment, to the array of modern conveniences, Jennings Place II is the ideal choice for seniors wanting to live a maintenance-free lifestyle.

The Missouri Housing Development Commission, Simmons Bank, Affordable Equity Partners, Inc. and R.R. Jennings Developer, LLC are among the participants and partners that developed this community. Paraquad, a United Way of Greater St. Louis-funded agency, serves as the lead referral agency for individuals with special needs.
