Fairway Days 2018: Be Extraordinary
[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]On October 16th and 17th, Fairway Management hosted the Fairway Days 2018: Be Extraordinary retreat.
Fairway Management Employees gathered in Columbia, Missouri from across the United States and spent two days together learning, socializing and working as a team.
The first day was filled with seminars and breakout sessions. The main focus of the day was education, but in the evening, Fairway Management employees enjoyed a reception in their honor where they were able to socialize with coworkers from different regions.
The second day included a Wheels for the World service project hosted by Team Builders Plus. Working with a team, the group was given riddles and puzzles that had to be completed in order to finish building a bike. As a whole, Fairway Management employees were able to complete 38 bikes that were given to underprivileged children in the community.
