Potemkin Senior Village I & II Complete Amenity Upgrade

Potemkin Senior Village I & II, a Fairway Management senior community located in Warner Robins, Georgia, recently added new amenities upon completing the construction of the community’s second phase.

Potemkin Senior Village’s original amenities included a furnished community room, business center, fitness center, central laundry facility, picnic pavilion and porch. Recently, the community added an outdoor gathering area with a fire pit and grill, community garden, life-sized outdoor chess set and more.

Residents within the community can enjoy free access to all of the amenities and are especially looking forward to enjoying the new amenities with their families and grandchildren in the summer!
