April 2019 New Employees

The monthly new hire orientation took place in the beginning of April in Columbia, Missouri. Please welcome our new employees to the JES Holdings family of companies!

 

Joy Arnall

Assistant Property Manager – FWM

Joy joined the Fairway Management team in February. She is the Assistant Property Manager for our properties in Neosho, MO. Among many other responsibilities, she assists the Property Manager with day-to-day operations, which include, processing invoices, collecting rent, managing maintenance work orders and making deposits.

 

 

 

 

Deborah Acevedo

Property Manager – FWM

Deborah joined the Fairway Management team in December. She is the Property Manager for Los Pueblos de Socorro in Socorro, New Mexico. In her role, Deborah is responsible for daily operations, such as marketing and leasing apartments, managing the budget, as well as property staff and tending to resident concerns. She comes to us with many years of customer service experience.

 

 

 

Carol Carpenter

Property Manager – FWM

Carol joined the Fairway Management team in April. She is the Property Manager for Camelot Place in Ruidoso, New Mexico. In her role, Carol is responsible for all aspects of the property. She oversees care of the physical property as well as the administrative, leasing and compliance aspects. She comes to us with management experience.

 

 

 

 

Tiffany Chrisman

Property Manager – FWM

Tiffany joined the Fairway Management team in March. She is the Property Manager for the conventional properties in Kansas City, Missouri. In her role, Tiffany is responsible for resident retention, ensuring timely completion of make readies, collecting rent and the day-to-day functions. She comes to us with 17 years of property manager experience.

 

 

 

 

John Donaldson

Project Coordinator – FWC

John joined the Fairway Construction team at the beginning of April. He is responsible for submitting bids for construction projects, coordinating the development of the scopes of work for subcontractors and the development of the construction schedule. He is a graduate of Gainesville College with a bachelor’s degree. He comes to us with seven years of experience in project management.

 

 

 

Teresa Forist

Property Manager – FWM

Teresa joined the Fairway Management team in December. She is the Property Manager for Bluff View Senior Village in Crandall, Texas. In her role, Teresa is responsible for the day-to-day operations, managing the property, inspections, processing applications for new residents and collecting rent. She comes to us with 20 years of experience in property management and commercial real estate.

 

 

 

Addie Haines

Leasing Specialist – AEP

Addie joined the Affordable Equity Partners team in February. In her role, Addie is responsible for marketing new developments to the community, as well as, finding qualified potential residents. She is a graduate of Evangel University with a bachelor’s degree in music and recording. She comes to us with several years of customer service experience.

 

 

 

 

Kimberley Hauri

Executive Senior Accountant – JES

Kimberley joined JES Holdings back in December. She is located out of the Atlanta, Georgia office. In her role, Kimberley is responsible for performing all accounting tasks related to executive residences and investments. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of West Georgia. She comes to us with over 15 years of accounting experience.

 

 

 

Frank Krimmel Sr.

Project Superintendent – FWC

Frank joined the Fairway Construction team at the beginning of March. In his role, he is responsible for coordinating the trades of projects, ensuring the projects are built to all codes, structurally sound, within budget and on schedule. He joins our team with 20 years of construction experience.

 

 

 

 

Victoria Peloquin

Property Manager – FWM

Victoria joined the Fairway Management team in February. She is the Property Manager for Red Oak Village in Stockbridge, Georgia. She is responsible for collecting rent, processing potential new residents, re-certifying current residents and overseeing the day-to-day operations of her property. Victoria comes to us with 25 years’ experience in multi-family property management.

 

 

 

 

Donna Reed

Cost Coordinator – FWC

Donna joined the Fairway Construction team in April. She is located in the Atlanta, Georgia office. In her role, Donna prepares purchase orders and change orders, monitors budgets and coordinates the estimated schedule of values for various projects. Donna comes to us with 21 years of experience in the construction industry.

 

 

 

 

Kyle Wright

Project Superintendent – FWC

Kyle joined the Fairway Construction team at the beginning of March. In his role, Kyle manages the subcontractor activities on the job site, including scheduling and quality control. He also ensures all project inspections are successfully completed. He will be working on a 4/3 split project in Gainesville, Georgia. He graduated from Auburn with a degree in international logistics and supply chain management.
