Ironton Estates April Raffle Winners
Ironton Estates, a Fairway Management senior community located in Ironton, Missouri, hosts a variety of contests and raffles for residents to win prizes throughout the year.
Every month, Ironton Estates has a Rent Drawing Contest. For this raffle, a resident’s name is entered in the drawing if they pay their rent by 1:00 p.m. on the day rent is due. Property Manager Tina Zangara then pulls out the lucky winner’s name each month and gives the winner a cash prize.
In addition to the Rent Drawing Contest, Ironton Estates held a Perfect Housekeeping Contest, a Springtime Puzzle Contest and a Survey Participation Contest in April.
