Mary-Leila Lofts Embraces its History

Mary-Leila Lofts will soon be opening in Greensboro, Georgia. The building, the former Mary-Leila Cotton Mill, is considered an important landmark due to its important place in Georgia history. The cotton mill was a major employer in Georgia, employing 300 workers at a time for over a century.

Greensboro Mill Development saw the potential that the Mary-Leila Cotton Mill offered and purchased the mill in order to turn it into an affordable family living community. Greensboro Mill Development has been working tirelessly to make the building beautiful and safe for future residents. They have even spent over one million dollars to make sure that all the lead based paint is removed from the soil, building and water tower.

Greensboro Mill Development is determined to have Mary-Leila Lofts be a positive force in the Greensboro community. Leasing has started and the projected opening date is in September. Fairway Management will manage the property.
