Employee Appreciation: Charbonier Manor
Affordable Equity Partners (AEP) recently had the opportunity to recognize two Fairway Management (FWM) employees for their hard work and dedication.
Charbonier Manor Property Manager Rebecca Smith and Maintenance Technician Dennis DeWald have proven that they are exemplary employees through their efforts at Charbonier Manor, a family community located in Florissant, Missouri.
Smith and DeWald received their certificates of appreciation for their dedication to increasing and maintaining strong occupancy and operations at Charbonier Manor. After AEP presented the certificates to them, AEP also awarded Smith and DeWald with gift cards to thank them for their work.
