Fairway Management has been dedicated to investing in quality, affordable housing where our families would be proud to live for over 30 years. As part of that investment, residents are at the forefront of our minds. Through our resident services department, residents have access to a plethora of resources and services to assist them in improving their lives and, in the case of our senior independent living communities, aging in place for as long as possible.
Fairway Management is one part of the intervention for our residents and the surrounding communities to collaborate on providing positive support systems and outcomes for our residents. Our goal is for our residents to achieve stable housing and quality of life. Through on-site service coordinators, community engagement and a wellness program tailored to the specific needs and interests of the residents, we feel confident that our residents will be successful.
