April New Hire Orientation

The monthly new hire orientation took place in the beginning of April in Columbia, Missouri. Please welcome our new employees to the JES Holdings family of companies!

 

CINDY ELMLINGER
Property Manager – Valley Southwest and Higginsville Estates

Cindy accepted the role of Property Manager at Valley Southwest and Higginsville Estates in March. In her position, she is responsible for managing her properties’ budgets, processing new applicants and collecting rent. Prior to joining the FWM team, Cindy worked in Customer Service and Social Services. In her free time, she loves camping and going to flea markets with her husband.

 

 

 

JANICE ERDEL
Property Manager – Mexico Meadows

Janice joined the FWM family as a property manager in March. Her responsibilities include attending to her residents’ needs, collecting rent, leasing units and ensuring the property remains an inviting place to live. Janice holds a master’s degree in business administration from William Woods University and comes to us with a background in real estate and human resources.

 

 

 

SHAKEENA DUNNING
Property Manager – Lackland Plaza

Shakeena joined the FWM team as the Property Manager for Lackland Plaza in April. In this role, she is responsible for keeping high occupancy, collecting rent, processing invoices and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property. Previously, Shakeena held the roles of Recertification Manager and Property Manager working for other organizations. She thoroughly enjoys bowling and traveling.

 

 

 

SHALEENA WALTON
Property Manager – Regency Manor I & II

Initially employed with us in a temporary capacity, Shaleena joined the FWM team full time in March. As the Property Manager for Regency Manor I & II, she is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and budget for her property, collecting rent and processing new applications. Shaleena previously worked as a leasing agent and property manager before starting with FWM.
