Employee Spotlight: Marvin Richardson
Marvin Richardson, Maintenance Technician at The Residences at Forest Park Hotel, has worked with the property for eleven years. During this time, Marvin has shown his true dedication to the residents while always having a positive and friendly attitude.
“Marvin goes above and beyond for the residents and he definitely has a servant’s heart. Customer service is his number one priority. The residents here absolutely adore Marvin,” Kami Shore, Fairway Management Marketing and Leasing Specialist said.
Not only is the rest of the staff incredibly thankful for Marvin, but the residents seem to be even more appreciative of his kindness.
“One of the reasons I love living here is because of Marvin. You can’t say enough good things about him. I’d like to say that I’m a decently handy person, but if I ever need help with anything, he’s the first person I go to,” Kenneth Newcomer, resident at The Residences at Forest Park Hotel, said.
