Fairway Construction Donates to Local Habitat for Humanity
After finishing construction at Mockingbird Estates, one of Fairway Management’s newest affordable senior living communities located in Stillwater, Oklahoma, Fairway Construction Project Manager Kevin Harvey donated extra construction materials to the Stillwater Habitat for Humanity Restore.
“I attended the Sustainability for Every Jobsite session at the 2018 Procore Groundbreak Construction Conference, and one of their suggestions was to donate excess items to Habitat for Humanity to keep usable materials from going to the landfill,” Kevin said.
Some of the materials donated by Fairway Construction included: concrete blocks, shingles, flashing and a storm drain pipe. We are very thankful to Kevin and the rest of the Fairway Construction team for giving us the opportunity to donate these items to a deserving place!
