Fairway Management Spring Recipe: Chocolate Strawberry Overnight Oat Pudding

INGREDIENTS
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- 1 cup plain nonfat or 2-percent-fat Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup nonfat or 2-percent-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons honey or agave
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
- 6 large strawberries, hulled and sliced
*makes two servings
DIRECTIONS
In a food processor or blender, blend oats, yogurt, milk, honey, cocoa powder and peanut butter until smooth. (Instead of blending, you can simply mix the ingredients together as well.) Divide into two containers. Cover and refrigerate at least six hours. Serve cold. Top each serving with three sliced strawberries.
