In celebration of Valentine’s Day, Grove Gardens, an affordable senior community located in Atlanta, Georgia, arranged a special day for residents. Not only did residents receive a variety of food and items generously donated from local organizations, but Atlanta Councilman Michael Bond even paid a visit to the community.

A Taste of Grace food truck stopped by Grove Gardens with 80 dinner plates to feed all of the residents. Operated by the Elizabeth Baptist Church, A Taste of Grace helps to alleviate hunger among residents of the Atlanta community.

Additionally, homemade Valentine’s Day cards from the children at the Backyard Homeschool in Atlanta were dropped off for the residents, and JenCare Senior Medical Center also brought free goodie bags to Grove Gardens.

Thank you so much to everyone who helped make this Valentine’s Day extra noteworthy for the Grove Gardens residents!
