Health Check Day at Ironton Estates
As part of National Rural Health Day on November 15, 2018, Ironton Estates and a local Walgreens paired up to sponsor a Health Check Day for the community.
Walgreens Pharmacist, Michelle Bobbett, volunteered her time to educate residents and perform free health screenings for blood pressure and blood sugar. Michelle shared information on various health topics, including diabetes, smoking cessation and high blood pressure.
