Eight Minute Abs
Ab exercises can easily be the hardest part of your workout. This simple ab workout quickly takes you through a series of simple core movements while still challenging you. Five moves are all it takes to complete. Dead bugs, forearm plank rocks, plank up-downs, lateral plank walks and bird dog crunches are done in three circuits, with no rests in between to keep your body moving.
