Ironton Estates Contest Winners

Ironton Estates, a Fairway Management senior community located in Ironton, Missouri, hosts an array of resident contests throughout the year.

Every month, Ironton Estates put the names of residents who paid rent by 1:00 p.m. on rent day into a drawing. At 1:00 p.m., a name is drawn and one lucky resident receives a cash prize. This month’s winner was Marla Walls.

The other competition this month was a survey drawing. Every few months, Ironton Estates gives residents the chance to participate in a survey that gives them the opportunity to submit ideas for fun events to do together or recommendations to improve customer service. The winner of this drawing was Teresa Buntion.
