Ironton Estates, a Fairway Management senior community located in Ironton, Missouri, has frequent opportunities for residents to win contests and raffle prizes throughout the year.
Most recently, the community held four rent drawing contests and two survey drawing contests. For these drawings, a resident’s name is entered in the drawing if they submitted a survey or if they paid their rent by 1:00 p.m. on the day the rent was due. The property manager then pulls out the lucky winner’s name each month and gives the winner a cash prize.
