Myrtle Terraces Wins Tax Credit Excellence Award
Fairway Management is proud to announce that Myrtle Terraces Senior Community has won the Charles L. Edson Tax Credit Excellence Award. Given out each year by the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition (AHTCC), this award recognizes the best in affordable housing development throughout the country. Myrtle Terraces has been singled out for excellence in the category of Senior Housing. Representatives from the development will visit Capitol Hill in Washington D.C on June 8 to be honored by members of Congress alongside the winners in six other categories.
Founded in 1988, AHTCC is a trade organization of housing professionals who advocate for affordable rental housing that is financed using the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit. The organization seeks to preserve, expand and improve the Housing Credit and complementary programs through legislative outreach and education.
