Park Senior Village is Fully Leased!
Affordable Equity Partners and Fairway Management, JES Holdings companies, and Peachtree Housing Communities, LLC are proud to announce that Park Senior Village in Leesburg, Georgia, is now officially 100% leased and Tax Credit Qualified. To be Tax Credit Qualified, every unit in a community must meet the age and income restrictions of the community. Park Senior Village is a 50-unit Low Income Housing Tax Credit senior living community for individuals 55 and over.
All units at the property feature full kitchens and energy efficient appliances, washer and dryer hookups in every unit, generous closet space and hardwood-style flooring. The community spaces feature a business center, a furnished community room, a fitness center, a picnic pavilion, a community garden and an outdoor patio with a grill area.
Grocery stores, pharmacies, convenience stores and locally-owned shops are located conveniently nearby the property, and the bustling town of Albany, Georgia is just a short drive away.
