Perry Place, the newest family community in Brunswick, Georgia, recently celebrated its grand opening to the public on June 2, 2022. The event featured several speakers who were closely involved in the success of Perry Place, including W.H. Gross Construction Company President Bill Gross and Tommy Lowman with the Georgia Department of Community Affairs. The joyful occasion culminated with a ceremonious ribbon cutting and refreshments to celebrate.
Perry Place offers 56 affordable and spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom homes for families. Each apartment features modern conveniences such as a full kitchen, ceiling fans, hardwood-style flooring and laundry facilities. Additionally, Perry Place offers a number of community amenities such as a fitness room, business center, community garden, playground and more. And in looking beyond the community itself, residents will also have convenient access to nearby shopping, healthcare services, retail and social services in the county of Brunswick.
The staff at Perry Place already cannot wait to welcome residents into their new homes.
