Property Manager Spotlight: Jen Schurmann

Jen Schurmann, Fairway Management Property Manager for The Lofts at Lafayette Square, has worked for Fairway Management for 10 years. She started as a Leasing Consultant in 2007 until she assumed her current position as a Property Manager in 2010.

In her role, Jen is responsible for coordinating staff, ensuring that her residents are content and comfortable living in her community, and maintaining a pristine and welcoming building.

Jen continually goes above and beyond in her duties and her dedication is evident! JES Holdings was proud to honor Jen at the 2017 employee recognition ceremony for her many years of service.
