Vandeventer Place is a recently opened 54-unit development for seniors 62 and older. The community is located in St. Louis, Missouri, and provides a quality, affordable community for seniors in the area. The property was built by Fairway Construction Co., Inc. and is managed by Fairway Management, Inc.
The community includes a lounge, community room, billiards room, theatre, fitness center and a fully equipped business center. Additionally, the grounds feature a community garden for residents’ use and enjoyment.
