Punch Walk at Pointe North Senior Village II
JES Holdings affiliate companies Affordable Equity Partners (AEP) and Fairway Management (FWM) recently had their punch walk at Pointe North Senior Village II.
“A punch walk is when AEP and FWM walk all the units in a new community in order to approve and turn the property over to leasing,” said Senior Leasing Specialist Rannie Forrest.
Pointe North Senior Village II is a new senior community located in Albany, Georgia. With construction nearing completion, Fairway Construction (FWC) is now able to give responsibility of the property to leasing specialists in order to begin bringing in potential residents to view the new community.
