Resident Spotlight: Sawmill Landing
Sawmill Landing is a family property located in Pembroke, Georgia, 30 miles outside of Savannah. Residents of Sawmill Landing are able to enjoy spacious units with their own kitchen and residents have access to a fitness center, community room, business center, a laundry facility as well as a playground and picnic pavilion.
Edward and Debra Dille, originally from New Jersey, enjoy how much Sawmill Landing already feels like home. Not only do they love the aesthetic of their new home, but the affordable price has largely improved their quality of life. “I love my apartment. It’s pretty, quiet and affordable. It’s more affordable [than our previous home], and we don’t have the pressures of making ends meet like we did before.”
