Silver Springs Apartments
Affordable Equity Partners, a JES Holdings company, and MACO Development Company, LLC are proud to announce the completion of Silver Springs Apartments, a 40-unit senior housing community for individuals age 55 and older. The development, located in Cape Girardeau, Missouri approximately 100 miles south of St. Louis, consists of eight single-story buildings for housing along with a community building that features common amenities. Services such as grocery stores, medical facilities, banking facilities, retail shopping, pharmacy and churches are located within one and a half miles of the community, providing the residents with easy access. James K. Maddox and Jason Maddox are the principals of MACO Development Company, LLC. Over the past 20 years, Affordable Equity Partners has successfully partnered with them on over forty other developments.
