April New Hire Orientation

The monthly new hire orientation took place in the beginning of April in Columbia, Missouri. Please welcome our new employees to the JES Holdings family of companies!

KRISTA ANGELL
Property Manager – North Hampton

Krista joined the FWM team as a Property Manager in February.  She is responsible for collecting rent, administering the recertification process, interacting with residents and overseeing the day-to-day operations of North Hampton.  Prior to joining FWM, Krista worked as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager and Elementary Art Teacher.

 

 

BERTHA BROADNAX
Property Manager – Mary-Leila Lofts

Bertha started as Mary-Leila Lofts’ Property Manager in February.  In this position, she works to provide quality housing for a multifamily complex.  She interacts with the residents, collects rent and makes sure to keep occupancy high.  Previously, Bertha worked for the Green County Housing Authority for 10 years as a Property Manager and Administrative Assistant.

 

 

DENISE JONES
Accountant – Fairway Construction 

Denise started as an Accountant with FWC in March.  Her main responsibilities include processing monthly billing for Georgia projects, purchase orders and bank reconciliations and reviewing accounts payable invoices.  Denise has worked in the construction industry for 30 years and has experience working for various types of companies. In her free time, she enjoys playing and coaching softball.

 

 

JUANITA MELLENBRUCH
Property Manager – Ash Place, El Dorado Springs & Stockton Estates 

Juanita started with FWM at the end of February.  She oversees three properties, assists potential residents with the application process, completes recertifications and submits invoices for payment.  Juanita described her position as very challenging, but rewarding.  In previous positions, she has owned and managed her own salon and worked as a customer service representative for many years.

 

 

KIM PITTS
Property Manager – Artesia Properties

Kim joined the FWM team in February.  As a Property Manager, she completes recertifications, interacts with residents and works to ensure high occupancy rates.  In previous positions, Kim was a Manager for a bed and breakfast, an Office Manager for Century 21 and owned a Gourmet Candy and Coffee Shop.  Outside of work, Kim enjoys refinishing or building furniture and spending time with her family.

 

 

KAMI SHORE
Marketing and Leasing Specialist – Fairway Management

Kami began her position with FWM in March.  She is responsible for working with the leasing teams and coordinating all outside marketing for the conventional properties.  Kami has worked as a Property Manager, Asset Manager and Lease Up Specialist in the multifamily housing industry for the past 17 years.  She also holds several National Apartment Association certificates.

 

 

BRETT SMITH
Project Engineer – Fairway Construction

Brett joined the FWC team in December of 2016.  As a Project Engineer, his responsibilities include checking dimensions in accordance with plans and specifics, quality control of the job site, checking for safety concerns or issues and oversight of all subcontractors on the project.  Brett is a graduate of Georgia Southern University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.

 

DELANA THOMAS
Director of Clinical Compliance and Education – Capital Health Management

Delana started with Capital Health Management in February. As Director of Clinical Compliance and Education, she oversees and provides education and clinical auditing for the clinical staff of our three skilled nursing facilities. Delana holds a Masters in Nursing Leadership and is a Certified Critical Care RN. She enjoys camping with her family and riding her Harley Davidson Motorcycle.
