As vice president of operations for Fairway Management, Kijuana Compton Marks leads the oversight of a diverse portfolio of more than 250 properties. With over 20 years of experience in property management and affordable housing, Kijuana brings deep expertise in managing multifamily portfolios and HUD-assisted units.
A licensed real estate agent and certified housing compliance professional, Kijuana is highly skilled in LIHTC, PBRA and RAD programs. Her strategic leadership and operational insight have been instrumental in driving performance and compliance across Fairway Management’s communities.
Kijuana joined the JES Holdings family of companies in 2023 as part of the asset management team. She was later promoted to director of asset management, where she provided financial oversight for more than 450 LIHTC properties and led a team of 11 professionals. In August of 2025, she was named vice president of operations, where she continues to leverage her strong background in financial management and regulatory compliance to guide her team and properties toward continued success.
