Fairway Management Executive Regional Director Becki Wells joined Fairway Management in 2009 and has been a valued employee ever since. She began as a property manager and then was a senior property manager and regional property manager before being promoted to her current position as executive regional director in 2022.
Under Wells’ leadership as a regional manager, her region reached a record of 99% occupancy, which had never been done before. As executive regional director, Wells oversees the Fairway Management teams in Missouri, Texas, Oklahoma, Iowa, Nebraska and New Mexico. Wells is also a Housing Credit Certified Professional.
In addition to her dedication to her work, Wells also commits herself to philanthropy. Wells has been a JDRF Foundation coordinator since 2007. She works to help increase fundraising for the charity to aid in finding a cure for Type 1 diabetes.
