Melissa Hahn, director of training, is an apartment industry professional with enthusiasm for the field and the people that support the apartment industry. In her role, she oversees the training and developmental activities for Fairway Management as well as provides training for relevant industry systems along with new hire, leadership, sales and customer service training.
Since starting in the apartment industry, she has earned her National Apartment Association designation as a Certified Apartment Specialist, National Center for Housing Management certifications as a Tax Credit Specialist and Certified Occupancy Specialist certification.
Melissa’s passion for training has also led her to obtain her Development Dimensions International designation certification in training and The Center for Effective Performance certification Mastering the Art of Instructor Led Training. She regularly attends Toastmasters to hone her communication and public speaking skills, and she is trained and certified by RealPage to train their materials and use their database for OneSite Leasing & Rents Affordable Combo, Train the Trainer and Affordable with Waitlist.
Outside of her role with Fairway Management, Melissa contributes to the community by providing a home to children in foster care. She also enjoys volunteering at local food banks and partners with her local church to contribute to their charitable endeavors.
