Terry Morelli, director of compliance, oversees Fairway Management’s affordable housing compliance in all states. Terry is a passionate program researcher, and in her role, she guides her team and leadership with industry-driven knowledge and insights to help contribute to the company’s overall success.
Prior to joining Fairway Management, Terry gained experience as the director of compliance and operations for The Michael’s Organization. Before becoming the director of compliance, Terry held the roles of compliance manager, assistant manager and tax credit compliance specialist.
Terry holds many industry designations and accreditations, including Certified Occupancy Specialist, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Compliance, Certified Credit Compliance Professional, HOME Compliance Specialist and Public Housing Specialist. Additionally, in 2022, she was selected by Preferred Compliance Solutions for their sponsorship of the LIHTC Master Class Essentials and Advanced Concepts coursework, where she earned her Housing Credit Compliance Professional designation.
Outside of her role with Fairway Management, Terry fosters cats for local animal refuge centers, where she helps support the mission of rescuing, fostering and obtaining medical care and secured housing for animals.
